It’s World Cocktail Day!
Hi again Duppies.
We’re back and better than ever and just in time for World Cocktail Day too.
It’s only the greatest day of the year, when drinking copious amounts of alcohol on a weekday is not just acceptable but applaudable.
To celebrate this glorious day, we thought we would share our 5 best rum cocktails that you can whip up at home. Share them with friends and family; or enjoy these cheeky beverages on your own; we won’t judge. Either way they really are too good to resist.
Without further ado, let’s get stuck into our 5 best Duppy cocktail recipes.
The Golden Mojito
- 50ml The Duppy Share Aged
- 10 Mint Leaves
- Half Lime Squeezed
- 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
- Top with Ginger Ale
- Serve in a Highball and garnish with a Wedge of Lime
Notting Chill 2.0.
- 40ml The Duppy Share Spiced
- 60ml Ginger Beer
- 15ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Mango Juice
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Flesh from Half a passion fruit
- 15ml Spiced pomegranate syrup
- Serve in a Tumbler and garnish with a Fresh Pineapple Wedge and Dust with Ground Cinnamon
Spiced Pomegranate Syrup Recipe:
- 1 Cup of Pomegranate Juice (we’d suggest using Pom)
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- Spice mix: 1 Stick of Cinnamon, 2 Star Anise, 2 Cloves, 3 Cardamom
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to boil
- Simmer for 6 mins and then allow to cool for 30mins
- Strain out your spices and store in a jar
The Passion Fruit Daiquiri
- 50ml The Duppy Share
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Passion Fruit Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Serve in a Coupe and garnish with Fresh Passionfruit
The Caribbean Rumset
- 50ml The Duppy Share Spiced
- 20ml Grapefruit Juice
- 20ml Passionfruit Juice
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Serve in a Highball and garnish with a Wedge of Lime
The SummerDUP
- 50ml The Duppy Share Aged
- 20ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 30ml Elderflower Cordial
- Top with Prosecco
- Serve in a Coupe and garnish with a Sprig of Mint
