It’s officially International Rum Day, arguably the best day of the year!
Who doesn’t love having a whole day dedicated to drinking delicious rum cocktails?
International Rum Day is a time for rum lovers to get together and to celebrate this wonderful liquid gold, live for the moment and make amazing memories with friends and family, so we hope you do just that.

We believe rum is one of the most versatile spirits around, and the tastiest. It really goes with a variety of mixers and ingredients to create the most epic cocktails, that pack a punch with flavours.
So without further ado, let’s jump straight into our top 5 cocktails that you NEED to try this International Rum Day. We’ve hooked you up with a few golden oldies, so you won’t want to miss out on these delicious Duppy drinks.
The Duppy Daiquiri
Ingredients:
50ml The Duppy Share Aged
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Sugar Syrup
Method:
Shake over Ice and strain into a Coupe.
Garnish with a wedge of Lime
The Glow-ito
Ingredients:
50ml The Duppy Share Aged
25ml Sunshine Syrup
Half a Lime
Fresh Mint Sprig
DASH Bitter Orange and Grapefruit Soda
Method:
Muddle your Lime and Mint in your glass
Add your Rum, Sunshine Syrup and Soda
Serve with Ice in a Highball
Garnish with a sprig of Mint
DUP Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
50ml The Duppy Share Aged
15ml Sugar Syrup
A few dashes of Orange Bitters
Method:
Add your Rum, Sugar Syrup and Bitters to an Ice filled Rocks glass
Garnish with an Orange twist
Dup n Stormy
Ingredients:
50ml The Duppy Share Aged
15ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
Fever Tree Ginger Beer
A few dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add your Rum, Sugar Syrup and Lime Juice to a Highball
Serve over Ice and top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with a wedge of Lime
DUPina Colada:
Ingredients:
60ml The Duppy Share Aged
60ml Cream of Coconut
100ml Pineapple Juice
Fresh Pineapple
Fresh Lime
Method:
Blend all ingredients together
Pour into a Hurricane glass
Garnish with a Pineapple wedge
